What does it mean to be a Title 1 School?

Our Beliefs:

 At EGMS, we believe that parent and family partnerships with the school is an important part of the student’s education. We value parents as the child’s first teacher and strive to support families with understanding the academics of our school; and strive to remove barriers that might prevent a successful home/school relationship.  

 En EGMS creemos que la colaboración de la familia y los tutores legales, es fundamental para ayudar a los alumnos en todos los asuntos relacionados con la escuela, tanto de forma académica, como en lo emocional. Nosotros valoramos y reconocemos la labor de los padres de familia; al ser ellos la primera escuela y primeros maestros de sus hijos; es por eso que queremos ayudarlos a comprender mejor cómo es que les enseñamos las diferentes materias a sus hijos, logrando de esta manera remover cualquier tipo de impedimento para que los alumnos logren tener una excelente relación casa-escuela.
