Mrs. Taylor Thompson

Second Grade Teacher 

Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-6 with a concentration in Mathematics

Taylor Thompson is a nine year teacher. She is currently a first grade teacher at Old Fort Elementary. She attended Appalachian State University while pursuing her teaching degree. Taylor believes that all students are capable of reaching their goals. She has spent all nine years of her teaching career at Old Fort Elementary and has developed many relationships with the students and families in the community in which she teaches. While outside of the working environment, Taylor enjoys time spent with her family and friends. Volunteering at church is also among the things that are important to her.
