ASHLEY BARTLETT

Ashley Bartlett is the school counselor at McDowell Early College. She has been a school counselor in McDowell County Schools for the past 12 years, 10 of those years at East McDowell Middle School. She started her college career at Montreat College on a golf scholarship. She was then accepted at Western Carolina University in the Masters Program for School Counseling. She strives to be empathetic and compassionate for all students because they are each unique and worthy of respect. She hopes to radiate positivity in their lives so they may reflect that positivity in others.
