WELCOME BACK SPARTANS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
School starts at 7:50 am and ends at 2:10 pm.
Car riders will be dropped off in the South Parking Lot (the first parking lot). There will be signs and people directing traffic.
Bus routes will run the same as last year. If you are new to riding a bus, we ask that you be a car rider the first morning and then we will put you on the correct bus to get home...just know your address.
Schedule for August 17th-20th:
Monday - Group A -addresses ending in 1,3,5
Tuesday - Group A - addresses ending in 7,9
Wednesday - Group B - addresses ending in 0,2,4
Thursday - Group B - addresses ending in 6,8
ALL STUDENTS WILL ONLY ATTEND SCHOOL 1 DAY THIS WEEK. THE REMAINING DAYS THIS WEEK WILL BE VIRTUAL.
Then A group will return on August 24th.
Then B group will return on August 31st.
All students will stay in their homeroom class all day.
Teachers will rotate in the classrooms.
Breakfast and lunch will be picked up in the cafeteria and taken back to the classroom. Students can bring their lunch if you wish. Both are free until August 31st.
There will be a daily opportunity to take an outdoor break.
Afternoon pickup will differ from morning drop off. Car riders will be picked up by grade level. Parents/guardians should continue straight toward the back of the school. 6th graders will be picked up at the gym door. 7th graders at the office door, flagpole area. 8th graders will be picked up alongside the building just before the crosswalk. Please do not turn into the South parking lot. There will be signs and people directing traffic.
Chromebooks will be distributed on student’s orientation day.
For Virtual students, their homeroom teacher will be calling you one day next week to provide information needed about virtual learning.
Chromebook distribution for virtual learners:
Monday, August 17th, 3:00-4:00 pm.
Tuesday, August 18th, 3:00-4:00 pm.
Wednesday, August 19th, 3:00-4:00 pm.
Thursday, August 20th, 3:00-4:00 pm.
Students will be allowed to bring a backback and water bottle if they wish.
At all times we will be practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and washing hands.
