MANDIE PENNELL

Mandie Zarbano Pennell has been connected to the education field for 16 years, specializing in school counseling since 2019. She graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and a minor in Education. Mandie continued her education at Winston-Salem State University, earning a Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, and later obtained a second Master's degree in School Counseling from North Carolina Central University.

Education Philosophy: Mandie believes that every student deserves access to quality education and holistic support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. She is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where students can explore their potential, set achievable goals, and develop essential life skills. Mandie is passionate about collaborating with students, families, and educators to promote student success and well-being.
