Chris Coney has been teaching for 13 years in Western North Carolina. He graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a B.A. in Secondary English Education. He believes that education and teaching is a way to open up the creative thinking and minds of the next generation. Every person is capable of achieving amazing things in life, and teachers have an unique opportunity to help unleash and inspire students to find their place in the world, and to think in different ways to solve the world's next challenges. Teachers affect the world in so many positive ways, and help inspire the next generation to find and achieve greatness in their lives.
